Dubai – Mubasher: The board of directors of Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries Company approved to change the firm’s name to Gulfa Holding Company.

Moreover, the board members approved for the company to become a holding entity.

The company called for the general assembly to meet on 21 October 2019 to approve all of the agreed items pursuant to the approval of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), according to a disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Thursday.

Additionally, the firm approved that its chairman or vice chairman will be authorised to take all necessary measures and sign all documents to implement the resolutions approved on Wednesday, 18 September 2019
